We collect the email address you provide to use paid tools, your wallet balance and transaction history, and content you submit for marking (e.g. uploaded IA PDFs, exam answers, code you ask the AI Lab tools to review). We do not require your real name to use the platform.
Your email and wallet data are used to track your balance, grant access passes, and send transaction confirmations. Submitted work (IAs, exam answers, code) is sent to our AI provider solely to generate marking feedback and coaching responses, and is not used to train models or shared with third parties beyond that processing.
Card payments are handled entirely by Paddle.com — we never see or store your card number. Crypto payments are handled by NOWPayments. Both providers act as independent data controllers for the payment details they collect; see their own privacy policies for details.
Wallet and access records are stored in Cloudflare KV storage tied to your email address. We retain transaction records for as long as needed for accounting and support, and delete uploaded IA/exam content after marking feedback has been generated unless you request otherwise.
You can request a copy of the data linked to your email, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and wallet history, by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable time and delete data unless we're required to keep transaction records for tax purposes.
We use local browser storage to remember your email and session so you don't need to log in repeatedly. We do not use third-party ad-tracking cookies.
